Juanita Lupoe is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of AWWDPI. She is a mother of 3 beautiful children and 7 grandkids. Author of her New Book “Dirty Cry” Silencing the Shame and a Personal Development Life Coach helping Women and Men become a better version of themselves. Juanita has been in the beauty Industry for 34 yrs as a licensed Professional Cosmetologist and holds her Certification as Cosmetology Instructor and works closely with Girls 2 Lead as a Mentor.
Krystal Harris, Director of Operation
Krystal is a multitalented 34 yr old Mother of 4 beautiful children. She just recently Graduated for Business Management and is pursuing to get her Associates of Science in Office Management. She is currently a manager at one of the top retailers and manages several businesses.
April Mason, Administration
April is a proud mother of four and married to an amazing man of 27 years. She’s currently employed with Cleveland Clinic Florida for over 25 years as an Appointment Specialist. April have an AA in Human Resource Management and currently pursuing her Bachelor in Health Administration. She have worked, mentored youth and adults for over 25 years. April passion is to serve others, she encourage and see lives change at all ages.
Tylysia Lupoe, Director of Marketing
Tylysia is a ambitious 24 yr old Entrepreneur she is Our First Ambassador of Girls 2 Lead she is striving for her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at Broward College. She is currently a Membership Rep for the YMCA where she teaches Hip Hop and Contemporary, and is also Zumba Certified. Tylysia is a part-time Marketing Specialist for her family’s Water Restoration company, and building her own shoe customs and repair company.
Tasha Ray, Treasurer Financial Officer
Tasha has a passionate. The last 8 years she has worked collectively in several positions here at AWWDP. She is a single mom of a wonderful smart young lady. Tasha currently holds a position as Human Resources Director for a skilled nursing facility, where she is a dedicated advocate for the rights of all employees. She holds a degree in Accounting and a licensed Cosmetologist for 10 years and currently studying to receive her SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification. In her very little free time she enjoy 4reading actual books.
